Senior Product Engineer
Hybrid
Extend the block system — next-gen connectors, smart sensors, insulated variants. Work directly with manufacturing partners. 3-day week in office, 2 remote.
Distributor Success Manager
Remote
Onboard state and metro distributors post-signing. Help them close their first 10 builds, hire their first 3 sales people, and hit year-one revenue. Travel 25%.
AI / ML Engineer
Remote
Own the AI builder + estimator engines. Turn natural-language project descriptions into permit-ready drawings. React + Node + Python stack.
Content + Comms Lead
Remote
Run the media library, the press pipeline, and the social channels. Turn install time-lapses into 15-second reels that make builders' jaws drop. Own brand voice.
Investor Relations Associate
Hybrid
Manage the NCNDA pipeline, investor data room, quarterly updates, and Reg D documentation. Work directly with CEO + CSO on the IPO pathway.
Manufacturing Ops Manager
Florida HQ
Hands-on manufacturing partnership management. QA / QC / schedule / yield. Own the relationship with our phase-one manufacturer and stand up phase-two regional facilities.
