What's proven today.
What's in development.

Marketing materials for an early-stage product are often ambiguous about what ships today versus what is on the roadmap. We're being explicit about both. The block and the assembly are real. The robotics and fully-AI-generated permit drawings are not yet. This page draws that line clearly.

Roadmap clarity

Turn roadmap questions into the right review path.

This page builds trust by separating what is proven from what is in development. The next step depends on whether the visitor wants proof, a production slot, investor access, or territory rights.

Credibility Clear roadmap language reduces overclaim risk and improves serious-lead confidence.
Routing Roadmap intent splits into preorder, diligence, investor, and franchisee lanes.

Honesty principle

Why we draw this line publicly

Early-stage construction-tech companies have a pattern of blurring the line between what ships today and what is in R&D. It is tempting because the full vision — an AI-designed, robot-assembled, code-stamped home in weeks instead of months — is genuinely coming. But blurring it costs trust with the audiences who matter most: builders, code officials, insurers, and institutional investors who do their diligence.

Lok-N-Blok's philosophy is simpler: ship the real product, tell the truth about where the vision meets today's reality, and keep one public roadmap as items cross from planned to shipped. When a site claim appears to conflict with the roadmap, the roadmap controls; corrections can be sent to info@blokusa.com.
