What's proven today.
What's in development.

Marketing materials for an early-stage product are often ambiguous about what ships today versus what is on the roadmap. We're being explicit about both. The block and the assembly are real. The robotics and fully-AI-generated permit drawings are not yet. This page draws that line clearly.

Honesty principle

Why we draw this line publicly

Early-stage construction-tech companies have a pattern of blurring the line between what ships today and what is in R&D. It is tempting because the full vision — an AI-designed, robot-assembled, code-stamped home in weeks instead of months — is genuinely coming. But blurring it costs trust with the audiences who matter most: builders, code officials, insurers, and institutional investors who do their diligence.

Lok-N-Blok's philosophy is simpler: ship the real product, tell the truth about where the vision meets today's reality, and update this roadmap as items cross from right column to left. If a claim anywhere on the site seems to contradict this page, this page is canonical — and email us and we'll fix it.
