Reserve your build.
No deposit. No catch.

Fully refundable until the pallet hits the truck.

What people ask before reserving
Is Lok-N-Blok actually shipping?
First commercial units ship Q1 2027. Our manufacturing partner (capacity: 2,400 homes/year phase one) is tooling now. Your reservation books production time in that window.
What does "no deposit" mean?
Literally zero money to reserve. Once we confirm your specs and deliver a final quote, you sign + pay a standard construction deposit. Before that — nothing. You can cancel by replying to any of our emails.
Will my price really not go up?
Your reservation locks in today's early-adopter pricing. When public launch happens, published pricing is ~15% higher. You pay the locked rate on your final invoice.
Can I use my own builder?
Yes — any licensed GC can install Lok-N-Blok after a 2-day certification. We cover training cost for the first 500 reservations. Or we'll match you with a certified builder in your area.
How does the Founders First 1,000 collectible work?
When you submit the preorder form, the server assigns the next preorder number and shows it immediately. If that number is within the first 1,000, we reserve a personalized commemorative block with your name and preorder number as a thank-you gift.
Does it meet building code?
Yes. Florida Building Code certified (Product Approval #FL-29847), Miami-Dade NOA, Class A assembly path where specified, ICC-ES eligible. Stamped engineering available for any project.
What if my project changes?
That's normal — and why there's no money in until the final quote. Change your square footage, design, or timeline anytime. We'll re-scope at no cost.
Insurance and warranty?
25-year structural warranty. Insurance savings are carrier- and site-specific, but the 250 mph wind rating, Class A assembly path, and no termite/mold vector are designed to support resilience underwriting.
