Terms version founder-capacity-v1-2026-06-27

Founder Capacity Lock Terms.

These terms summarize the public intake path for Founder Capacity Lock and preorder requests. Final rights and obligations are controlled by signed agreements, project review, payment records, and applicable law.

1. Review before payment

A Founder Capacity request creates an intake and review record. Lok-N-Blok may review project readiness, tier selection, block quantity, delivery target, site status, code path, shipping needs, tax treatment, and contract readiness before requesting any payment.

2. Capacity is not guaranteed until accepted

Production capacity is not guaranteed until Lok-N-Blok accepts the request and confirms a final capacity allocation in writing. Estimated delivery windows are planning estimates only and may change based on approvals, manufacturing readiness, engineering, permitting, supply-chain conditions, project scope, and site conditions.

3. Pricing, fees, and project scope

Pricing, block quantity, shipping, taxes, code path, engineering requirements, installation responsibilities, accessories, and final project scope remain subject to final written agreement. The Priority Expediting Fee is a separate line item where shown and does not guarantee production timing or delivery timing.

4. Material delays, cancellation, and refunds

If a material delay occurs, Lok-N-Blok may provide notice and handle cancellation or refund rights under the applicable preorder terms, payment records, and signed agreement. Payment terms may vary by project, customer type, tier, and contract path.

5. Product order, not investment

Preorders and Founder Capacity requests are product-order or capacity-intake records. They are not investments, securities, guarantees, profit interests, or promises of return. Investor materials, if any, are handled separately through controlled investor qualification and definitive documents.

6. Evidence captured at submission

Lok-N-Blok may record the accepted terms version, timestamp, IP address, browser user agent, selected tier, block quantity, calculated totals, estimated delivery window, project details, attribution, and follow-up history to support customer service, legal review, and order operations.
