- Public visitors: receive product-family level notice only.
- Customers and contractors: receive product, warranty, installation, and code-compliance documents needed for their project.
- Distributors and manufacturers: receive the documents needed to quote, receive, store, distribute, produce, or inspect approved product lots.
- Investors and diligence reviewers: receive the detailed IP schedule only after identity review, access approval, and signed NCNDA.
Patent Marking Updates
This schedule may be updated as patents issue, applications publish, claims are amended, product families change, or counsel approves broader public disclosure. If a product label, package, purchase order, distributor agreement, or data-room document conflicts with this page, the signed agreement and counsel-approved schedule control.
