Anti-Spam Policy

Lok-N-Blok Systems LLC sends email from info@blokusa.com and strictly complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.) and Canada's CASL. This policy explains what we send, how you can opt out, and how to report any message you believe violates this policy.

1. Types of email we send

• Transactional email — password resets, account approval notifications, estimator quote deliveries, investor data room access grants, and other messages triggered by your direct interaction with the service. These are not advertising and are not subject to CAN-SPAM opt-out (but we honor unsubscribe regardless).
• Solicited commercial email — newsletters, product updates, and investor communications that you have opted in to receive by signing up or checking an affirmative consent box. Clear unsubscribe is provided on every message.
• Administrative + legal — material changes to Terms, Privacy Policy, or service termination notices. Required regardless of marketing preferences.

2. What we never do

• We do not purchase or rent email lists
• We do not harvest email addresses from websites, directories, or WHOIS records
• We do not use deceptive sender names, subject lines, or headers
• We do not send to anyone who has unsubscribed
• We do not hide our physical mailing address
• We do not use open redirects to disguise destination URLs

3. Our CAN-SPAM commitments

Every commercial email we send includes:

• A clear, non-deceptive "From" line identifying Lok-N-Blok Systems LLC
• A subject line that accurately describes the content
• A clear identification that the message is an advertisement (where applicable)
• A valid physical postal address (available on request — see Contact below)
• A visible, working unsubscribe link that takes effect within 10 business days
• An option to opt out of all commercial email, not just a single category

4. How to unsubscribe

• Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any commercial email we send.
• Reply to the email with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject or body.
• Email info@blokusa.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Unsubscribe takes effect within 10 business days, typically faster. After you unsubscribe we will continue to send transactional email necessary to operate your account (password resets, security alerts, material legal changes). You cannot unsubscribe from these as long as you maintain an account.

5. CASL (Canada) notice

For Canadian recipients, we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (S.C. 2010, c. 23). We rely on express consent (explicit opt-in) or implied consent (an existing business relationship) as defined in CASL § 10(9)–(10). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanisms above.

6. Reporting abuse

If you receive an email that claims to be from Lok-N-Blok and you did not subscribe, believe it is forged, or believe it otherwise violates this policy, please forward the entire message with full headers to info@blokusa.com with "Abuse Report" in the subject line. We investigate every report within 2 business days.

7. Third-party sub-processors

Outbound email is delivered via Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP) through a Google Apps Script proxy. Recipient email addresses are processed by Google under their Data Processing Addendum. See our Subprocessors page for details.

8. Authentication + reputation

We publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records on blokusa.com so receiving mail servers can verify our mail is legitimate and not forged. Misdirected complaints and false spam reports can harm our sender reputation — please use the feedback channels above rather than the "mark as spam" button for messages you genuinely requested.
