Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-17 · Effective: 2026-04-17
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do while using blokusa.com and related services provided by Lok-N-Blok Systems LLC ("Lok-N-Blok", "we", "us"). This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.
1. Prohibited activities
You agree not to do any of the following, directly or indirectly:
- Automated access. No crawlers, scrapers, spiders, headless browsers, data-miners, or other automated tools beyond normal browser use. Search engine bots that respect our
robots.txt are the only exception.
- Unauthorized access attempts. No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network, and no attempt to breach security or authentication measures. Responsible-disclosure reports are welcome — see security.txt.
- Credential sharing. No sharing of login credentials. One account per natural person. Audit logs attribute every action to the authenticated email address.
- Impersonation. No pretending to be another person, entity, or role (admin, investor, distributor) you do not legitimately hold.
- Reverse engineering. No decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code, algorithms, or patented block geometries of our products or services, except to the minimum extent expressly permitted by law that cannot be waived.
- Interference. No denial-of-service, traffic flooding, layer-7 abuse, or activity designed to degrade service for other users.
- Malware. No uploading, transmitting, or linking to viruses, worms, ransomware, phishing kits, or other malicious code.
- Spam + unsolicited commercial communication. No use of our forms, contact endpoints, or estimator system to send bulk messages, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial email.
- Intellectual property infringement. No uploading, posting, or transmitting content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights of any party. Our DMCA takedown procedure is at /legal/dmca.html.
- Unlawful conduct. No activity that violates any applicable law, including securities law, export-control law, consumer-protection law, or the laws of the jurisdiction you access the site from.
- NCNDA breach. If you have executed a Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement with us, the terms of that NCNDA control your handling of any confidential information you access. Breach triggers the remedies in the NCNDA itself.
- Resale + republication. No reselling, redistributing, white-labeling, or republishing our content (including investor materials, product photography, technical specs) without prior written permission.
- Data exfiltration. No bulk download or mass export of data from the site beyond what the user interface explicitly provides. Where API endpoints exist, they are for authenticated first-party use only.
Investor data room notice. The investor, distributor, and Kevin Harrington data rooms contain material non-public information covered by executed NCNDAs. Every document view is watermarked with your authenticated identity. Unauthorized disclosure is a contract breach and may also violate Rule 10b-5 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
2. Rate limits + fair use
We enforce automated rate limits on authentication endpoints (5 attempts per 15 minutes per account, with 30-minute lockout after 10 consecutive failures). Excessive load on other endpoints may be throttled at our discretion without notice. Persistent abuse may result in IP or account bans.
3. Third-party service requirements
Our site integrates with Google Workspace, Railway, and (where applicable) third-party payment processors. You must not use our site in a manner that causes us to violate our contracts with those providers. In particular: no unsolicited bulk email that could trigger Gmail spam-rate limits, and no payment-form testing designed to enumerate valid cards.
4. Security-testing carve-out
Security researchers acting in good faith under our responsible-disclosure policy (see security.txt) are not considered to violate this AUP, provided they: (a) do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to others; (b) do not degrade service; (c) report findings privately to info@blokusa.com before any public disclosure.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
- Revoke access to any or all data rooms
- Preserve and disclose logs, user-agent strings, and audit records to legal counsel, law enforcement, or other parties as necessary to protect our rights and our users' safety
- Seek injunctive relief, damages, attorneys' fees, and all other remedies available under the NCNDA (if executed) or applicable law
6. Reporting abuse
If you observe activity on blokusa.com that appears to violate this AUP — spam via our forms, unauthorized scraping, suspicious login activity on an account you own — please email info@blokusa.com with the details. We triage every abuse report within 2 business days.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts.
