How the Lok-N-Blok Realtor Rewards Program Works

The Lok-N-Blok Realtor Rewards Program is designed to reward real estate professionals who bring qualified buyers to our hurricane-resistant, energy-efficient communities. As you close more homes, you move up through four tiers, unlocking higher commissions, bigger per-closing bonuses, annual bonuses, VIP experiences, and co-marketing support.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register a client to protect my commission?
Submit a client registration form (online or PDF) before your client's first visit to any Lok-N-Blok community. Registration is valid for 90 days and can be renewed. Unregistered clients who visit on their own may not qualify for your commission.
When do I get paid my commission and bonus?
Your commission is paid at closing through the title company. Per-closing bonuses are issued within 48 hours of settlement via direct deposit. Annual bonuses are paid in January for the prior year's performance.
What happens if my client visits a community before I register them?
If a client visits a community and registers with our on-site sales team before you submit a registration form, commission protection may not apply. We strongly recommend registering clients at least 24 hours before their first visit.
How do tier levels reset?
Tier levels are evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis. Your tier is recalculated monthly based on closings in the trailing 12 months. If your closing count drops below your current tier threshold, you have a 3-month grace period before being moved to the lower tier.
Can I earn bonuses from multiple communities simultaneously?
Yes! You can register clients at any and all Lok-N-Blok communities. All closings across all communities count toward your tier progression and bonus calculations. Community-specific spiff bonuses stack on top of your standard tier bonuses.
How does the co-marketing fund work?
Platinum realtors receive a $5,000 annual co-marketing budget. Submit marketing activity receipts for pre-approved activities (social ads, direct mail, print, video, etc.) and we reimburse up to the annual limit. Funds reset each January and do not roll over.
What makes Lok-N-Blok homes different from traditional construction?
Lok-N-Blok uses an interlocking concrete block system that is hurricane-resistant, energy-efficient, and faster to build. Homes meet or exceed Category 5 hurricane standards, offer superior insulation (up to 40% energy savings), and come with a structural warranty that traditional wood-frame homes cannot match.
How long does it take to build a Lok-N-Blok home?
Typical build times range from 4-6 months depending on the floor plan and customization level. This is often faster than traditional construction due to the modular nature of the Lok-N-Blok system. Your on-site sales representative can provide estimated completion dates for each lot.
